Thank you for serving, Mr President the situation is critical. America is about to read with their own eyes how the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) For eighteen years they Stole my Constitutional Rights, the First and Fifth Amendments, In the name of Justice I have written a (Tell-All Book) the
name is MAYDAY! A tell all book with proof every word I say is true in the “back of the book”.
In the book MAYDAY! I say America President Barack Obama and his White House assisted the
Department of Veterans Affairs in stealing my Constitutional Rights. Proof is in the back of the book
He never raised a finger.
America, Mr. President the Department of Veterans Affairs is run by “Crooks” . I was robbed for eighteen years. I am the proof. Why, for what the government calls Bonus money one hundred and fifty
million a year. The year 2017 when Mr. President Donald J. Trump won the White House you inherited a Conspiracy; Someone in the White House blocked twenty three Constitutional Complaints with compelling evidence of Constitutional crime, “A secret plan made by two or more people to do something that is harmful or unlawful” . A secret plan that President Trump or President Obama never
saw not one of my Complaints. Three VA reply letters and VA decision dated April 11, 2011 to President Obama and Michelle Obama dated Feb 24, 2014, White House newsletter dated July 16, 2014
It was a trick letter that was not a reply to my June 15, 2014 Complaint. Someone in the White House
Conspired with VA Chicago Region sent two letters of inquiry on my behalf, got the replies back from
VA Chicago Region and didn’t raise a finger.
President Trump, These are Constitutional Violations, requiring your attention now. This is a United States Constitutional Complaint. America I believe it was President Donald Trump’s White House that got
me VA decision dated June 4, 2019, The United States Constitution says it’s not worth the paper it’s
Written on, The U.S. Constitution says the government can not give a Citizen a justified decision on an unjustified decision. Until the first government decision is Justified, everything after it is unjustified
Fifteen VA decisions not worth the time to write them, Failure to use Due Process. President Trump please
Stop, you are asking the Crooks to be their own Judge and Jury. This word “ Constitution” supersedes
all government Agencies. Mr. President we have a serious problem, In the June 23, 2003 I was diagnosed 100% for PTSD disability , your VA decision dated June 4, 2019 gave me 20% of the 100%
For PTSD, because March 22, 2019 the VA elevated me to 80%. Heart disease, Diabetes and PTSD
For a combined total of 80%, This is what the White House did sent my Constitutional Complaint back
to the VA the same people that robbed me for eighteen years. Someone in the White House playing
God with disabled Veterans Constitutional Rights. In the book MAYDAY! I was very careful about what I said regarding the President of the United States and the White House.
American Veterans are not going to take lightly about the government Agency stealing our Constitutional Rights. It is a “Fact” I am a nobody, the book MAYDAY! In the back of the book twenty two pages, all these people Underestimated the power of God, it is He that guides me.
President Donald Trump you are Required by the United States Constitution to make this Constitutional
Complaint become a Reality. I believe the Constitution requires me to be compensated from the date filed
September 22, 2002, I was rated in the VA rating decision dated June 23, 2003 I was rated 100% for
PTSD. Please do as required by Law, Your decision must be given to me in writing. English that I read and understand.

It’s now called my message, correspondence, word by word this is what VA Chicago Region Director Hughes Turner said to me: This is a response to your message addressed to President Donald Trump, dated February 17, 2017. Your correspondence has been referred to our office for a response as you reside in the State of Illinois.
Mr. President, someone in the White House sent my Constitutional Complaint back to the Crooks at VA Chicago Region, Now the Crooks that robbed me for eighteen years get to be their own Judge and Jury.

the June 23, 2003 VA Rating decision 100% for PTSD. Whatever the Crooks at the VA think they
Paid me is “moot” ; it never happened, unconstitutional. This decision must come from the White House, signed by the President of the United States.
Beyond a shadow of doubt I have proved the Department of Veterans Affairs acted knowingly, Intentionally, Willfully and Maliciously to do Constitutional Crimes. On the back of MAYDAY! Seven of the Most dangerous people in America, They gave me decisions that had nothing to do with my complaint one

because the Department of Veterans Affairs never used due process never had a hearing or said a word. Attorney Conway I am still in pursuit of my benefits from the date I filed September 22, 2002 to the day President Trump signed the order. Thank you for serving , This is a Complaint for Violations of Constitutional rights. President Trump with your own eyes “ four lines” you will read how the VA used a Trick and Cover up in a VA reply letter to you and myself dated April 22, 2019 this letter was a reply to your letter of inquiry regarding my Constitution
Rights . It say; (what is being questioned?) you expressed your concerns regarding Constitutional Issues,
Specifically, violations of your First and Fifth Amendment rights and your right to Due Process. If that’s the
Question, where is the answer? The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Chicago Region used a Trick and
Cover up in the face of the President of the United States. This is the cover up, ( what has been done) the VA
choose to write about Notice of Disagreement, appeals and PTSD all grains of sand, the United States
Constitution is the tallest mountain in the world, The VA down played a Constitutional Complaint now it’s called correspondence. At the bottom of the page (how long will it take?) What does this have to do with
my Constitutional Rights?, nothing, not one word Cover up.
President Donald Trump your Department of Veterans Affairs are ran by Professional Crooks, please help
the Veterans. Thank you for the letter of inquiry, Now I believe it’s time for a investigator from a difference
Government agency to go to VA Chicago Region and review my VA case filed for one thing violation of my right to Due Process. After you find no evidence of Due Process. Then the Veterans ask you to review the
year 2012, a 2012 Congressional report said the State of Illinois is Fifteen in population and 48th in VA
Benefits paid. Why, because the VA stole their Constitutional Right, many Veterans gave up and quit now
they are sleeping in the streets. For that reason I will fight for ever.
Seventeen years, over 800 letters and complaints with know place to go, what do I do next? December 2018 I was praying asking God to show me another way, That little voice inside me said take it to the American
People, A few months go by, two weeks ago I went and spoke to a Community Organizer I showed him my
complaint he spoke of a Protest and March on VA Chicago Region and the Board of Veterans Appeals, Then
He said when do you want to do this? I said let me get back you in a few days. President Trump this is not
what I want to do, but if this is the only way to get Justice I am in.
President Trump your VA Director Hughes Turner is a fool, He used a Trick and Cover up on the only
Person in America that can fire him, Ten years I have seen Lies, Tricks, Forgery and Cover up the proof is on my website at www.mayday2014.us In a VA letter to me dated March 22, 2019 it say, You have an appointment for a hearing, on April 3, 2019 Chicago Regional Office, It was a Trick, I went to Region just
like the letter said, It was a Trick it was not a hearing, It was a Office Review Rhonda Knox she came out
and said I am going to review your PTSD case, we spoke for about 15 minutes, then I said Ms. Knox on March 22, 19 the VA put $ 2000.00 in my account I said they gave no paperwork I called the 800 # they said
it was an increase in my diabetes but she could not say how much, Ms. Knox said wait she went in back and came back with VA decision dated April 3, 2019. January 11, 2011 VA gave me 20% Agent orange/diabetes
for two years I ask for a increase base on the evidence April 3, 2019 they increased me from 20 to 40%
diabetes on May 23, 2017 the VA gave me 40% of the 100% I was diagnosed for PTSD in June 23, 2003
VA Rating decision I should be 100% for PTSD from date filed . Fact these Crooks robbed me for bonus money VA executive pay them self a 150 a year million dollars and the call it a bonus, For What?
President Trump this is about one thing, the Department of Veterans Affairs stole my Constitutional Rights, the Right to Due Process. VA Rating decision dated June 23, 2003 is the only Justified VA
Decision every VA decision after it is Unjustified, because the VA fail to use Due Process required by the
United States Constitution.

The Department of Veterans Affairs; Stole my Constitutional Rights, the Fifth Amendment's Right to Due Process. My first VA decision dated June 23, 2003 Due Process was not required, I appeal that VA decision and
Was granted the appeal, Next VA decision dated April 14, 2005 Due Process was required by the United States
Constitution, I appeal that VA decision, granted. Next VA decision March 28, 2007 no Due Process next VA
Decision dated June 7, 2010 and July 23, 2012. The Crooks did the samething over and over, let my Case lay
For two years in one case three years then they would send me a letter stating you have an appointment with
Comp & Pen, I go to Comp & Pen and see the VA examiner, then Chicago Region would take the VA Comp & Pen report and give me a decision and skip Due Process. This is what they Stole; the U.S. Constitution says
In addition to notice and an opportunity to be heard, Due Process may include a hearing before an impartial
Person , representation by an attorney, calling witnesses on one’s behalf, cross-examination of witnesses , a
Written decision with reasons based on evidence introduced, transcript of the proceeding, and an opportunity
To appeal the decision. President Trump Fourteen and a half years, Eleven Unjustified VA decision I have never
Had a hearing or said a word. President Trump I believe the United States Constitution requires a Constitutional Ruling and a Judgement on damages done to a Citizen. I believe there are only two ways for a
Citizen to get both. The Full United States Senate, Mr. President the Senate has never did anything (proof)
Three U.S. Senators turn there backs on a Disabled Veteran Constitutional Complaint. And the President of the
United States, I also believe the Constitution gives the Citizen a small window thru the Courts. It says; you may
also be able to go to court and seek an order that the government follow Due Process in dealing with you.
May 2016 I was ready to File a Lawsuit requiring President Obama to do what is required by the United States
Constitution a review of the VA Case file . Why Tommy Didn’t do that, I cannot find a Lawyer that will take my
Case, I talked to a hundred Lawyers they all wanted money up front that I have none. Enclose read my

VA Ratings are Unconstitutional and a Violation of the United States Constitution, Only Veterans with 100%
Service connected disability are Justified. Every Veteran in America Rated between 10 to 90% are Unjustified.
(proof) a Veteran with 100% disability are paid $3000.00 per month, A Veteran with 80% disability are paid
Less than $1500.00 per month less than half of the $ 3000.00 per. Hard Facts 2011 the VA diagnosed me with
Type 11 diabetes service connected agent orange at 20% disable, 20% of $3000.00 is $600. The VA pay me
8 1/2 % of the 100% $263.00. Four years I researched VA Rating and read 19 Constitutional Amendments
Mr. President I found “Nothing” in the Constitution that gives a government agency the power to tell a Citizen

Please I don’t want any welfare, I want what the Constitution guarantees all of us, Due Process. Every VA decision that they use X’s and O’s funny looking symbols It’s the same as giving me a decision in “Chinese”

Citizen a Decision in a language that he can read and understand. It’s one way to give a Veteran a decision and
Veteran doesn’t know what it say, Now the Veterans are sleeping in cardboard boxes in Chicago below “0” degree all over America, And they don’t why, but I know the VA robbed of their Constitutional Rights and Stole
